PET raw material processing

the particles are sensitive to water at high temperature. When the water content exceeds
the limit, the molecular weight of PET in processing will decrease, and the products will
become colored and brittle.
Therefore, before processing, the material must be dried, its drying temperature is
150 degrees Celsius, more than 4 hours. Generally 170 degrees Celsius, 3-4 hours.
The method of empty injection can be used to check whether it is completely dry.
The proportion of PET recycling generally does not exceed 25%, and the recycling
thoroughly dry.
