Interpretation of the stretching mechanism of the automatic blow molding machine

The stretching part of the bottle blowing equipment is installed inside the machine, and its direct acting parts are the stretching rods arranged at equal intervals. In the original state, the stretching rod is below the axis of the fixed head of the preform, and is aligned with the center of the mold cavity. During the blowing process, the stretching rod is rapidly stretched, enters the preform through the hole in the head shaft of the preform, and then pushes the top of the preform to stretch upwards, helping the preform to expand uniformly under the action of high-pressure air. Based on process requirements, it is required that the stretching rod must move quickly, locate accurately, and have low noise and low vibration. And the stroke and speed can be precisely adjusted according to the needs of different bottle types. Replacing the stretch rod: 1. Reasons for disassembly and assembly of the stretch rod 1. The size of the bottle embryo teeth has changed. 2. The inner diameter of the preform changes. 3. The size of the bottle or bottle shape changes. 2. Steps for disassembly and adjustment of the stretch rod: 1. Use the man-machine interface to move the stretch rod to the proper position 2. Rotate the bolt to unscrew the stretch rod from the stretch rod connecting sleeve. 3. Remove the screw at the bottom of the stretch rod connection sleeve and take off the stretch rod connection sleeve. 4. Remove the stretch rod from top to bottom. The method of installing the stretch rod is the opposite. The following is the description of the periodic movement of the stretching part 1. The mold is in the open state, and the sealing and stretching are in the lower position, which is the initial state; 2. After the preform is in place and the mold is closed, the sealing cylinder moves up, and the front sealing ring presses Tighten the lower end face of the preform head shaft and complete the sealing. This is the mold clamping and sealing state; 3. The sealing cylinder begins to pass high-pressure air into the preform, and at the same time, the stretching servo or cylinder is activated, the stretching rod rises to the preset height, and the bottle 4. The exhaust valve controls the exhaust, the sealing cylinder resets the mold and opens, the stretching servo resets, and the stretching rod returns to the lower position, this is the opening mode reset state. At this point, one cycle of movement is completed, and the transmission system moves to move the finished bottle out of the mold cavity, and at the same time, the preform to be blown is sent into the mold cavity and enters the next action cycle. This mechanism includes stretching group, sealing group and blowing group. The stretching group uses a stretching cylinder or a servo motor to move the stretching rod up and down. The sealing group can keep the same pressure inside and outside the teeth to prevent deformation of the teeth. During pre-blowing, the blowing group injects low-pressure air while the stretching rod rises, and after a period of pre-blowing delay, injects high-pressure air to form the bottle. The stretching rod of the automatic blow molding machine must be in the vertical center with the nozzle of the mold, and a 1MM gap is reserved between the rod head and the bottom of the mold. The cylinder sealing head shall be inserted into the preform mouth.
