Place the preform in the preform container and manually enter the preform positioning device through the conveying device. Step 2. Put the preform mouth up and automatically load the preform onto the preform holder, and then send it to the drying tunnel. Step 3. After heating, the preform is sent to the blowing platform, then the mold is locked, and then it goes through low-pressure blowing, high-pressure blowing, exhaust, and finally opening the mold. Step 4. The finished bottle is taken down from the bottle blowing platform by the manual demoulding system. Operation specification: The essential knowledge of the safety operation standard of the automatic blow molding machine (1) Before starting each shift, it is necessary to add lubricating oil to each movable part. (Manipulator, manipulator guide rail, mold opening and closing guide rail) (2) The swing arm can be added once a day (3-4). The small chain and large chain of the heating machine can be used once a month. Always check whether the reducer of the main engine and the reducer of the heating machine are short of oil. The main engine bearing can be added once every 3 months. (3) Before production, check whether the moving parts are stable, whether the screws are softened and fall off, especially whether the impact force is relatively weak, and whether the belt drive part is abnormal. (4) Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power source, and water source are stable. (5) Check whether each emergency stop switch, safety door switch, and protection device detection switch are stable. (6) Check whether the heating head enters the embryo, and the embryo drop is stable. If the embryo insertion is never in place, the nut of the embryo pressing device can be adjusted. (7) Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. It should be replaced immediately. (8) Check whether the pneumatic components are leaking and whether their movements are sharp. (9) Check whether the triplet is very leaky, whether it is blocked, and whether the water storage capacity of the water cup is very full. (10) When the solenoid valve of the fully manual bottle blowing machine encounters an emergency, it must be cleaned immediately (every 3.5 million bottle blowing).
